The body of the slain young man, Khaled Ahmed Zubaidi, 19, arrived at the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarem.
According to Dr. Amin Khader, the director of the hospital, after a CT scan of the body, it was noted that the young man had been shot in the side with live ammunition.
An entrance wound was reported, along with bullet fragments and extensive internal bleeding.

On Friday evening Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian university student and injured two young men in the town of Zeita, northeast of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
Israeli forces invaded, on Friday evening, the town of Zeita, northeast of Tulkarem, triggering protests among local Palestinian youths.
In response the soldiers opened fire with tear gas canisters and live ammunition, shooting two young men in their lower limbs with live rounds.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that young man suffered cardiac arrest after Israeli soldiers brutally assaulted him.
After attempts to resuscitate the young man, he was transported to Attil Governmental Hospital where his death was announced shortly after arrival.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Palestinian university student, Khaled Ahmed Zubaidi, 19, had succumbed to wounds he sustained at the hands of the occupation army.
It was added that the army prevented ambulance crews from reaching the injured young men.
Ambulances were only able to transport the injured to hospital after the withdrawal of the occupation forces.
The conditions of the two injured young men were not known at the time of writing this report.
In related news, Israeli forces abducted, on Friday afternoon, a Palestinian young man from the town of Bala’a, northeast of Tulkarem.
Media sources said that occupation troops invaded the home of Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Badawi, 26, before abducting him.
