Israeli soldiers abducted, Friday, ten Palestinians from Jerusalem and Nablus, in the occupied West Bank; three of the abducted Palestinians were assaulted and injured by the army.
In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers invaded Jabal al-Mukabber town, before storming and ransacked a home owned by Raed Siyam.
The Palestinian said many soldiers stormed his property, before forcing the family in one room while ransacking it, and abducted his father, his son, and three cousins.
In addition, the soldiers invaded Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, before invading and searching homes, and abducted two Palestinians, identified as No’man Nasser and Na’im Ayed.
In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers stopped and assaulted three young men at the Za’tara military roadblock, south of the city.
Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, said the medics rushed to the scene and provided the needed treatment to the wounded.
He added that the soldiers refused to allow the medics to transfer the three Palestinians to a hospital for further treatment, and abducted the young men, before moving them to a nearby military base.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Anin village, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, before taking pictures of several homes, and also took measurements of a local mosque, apparently ahead of issuing future demolition orders.
The soldiers also invaded several villages and towns near Jenin, especially Romana, Taybeh, and Ta’nak, in addition to significantly increasing military deployments in the meadow of the al-Jalama village, west of Jenin.
