In the nearby town of Zababda, soldiers invaded and searched many citizens’ homes, triggering protests.

On Sunday afternoon, the Israeli army stormed the city of Jenin, triggering an armed exchange with Palestinian resistance fighters, while military reinforcements were called in.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews transported two young men to hospital after soldiers assaulted them.

At midnight Sunday, Israeli forces invaded many towns and villages in the Jenin governorate, in the northern West Bank, roamed the streets, and fired flares in the sky.

The soldiers also abducted Ali Sa’adi, from the Jenin refugee camp, and Assem Arqawi from Jenin City, in the northern West Bank, while crossing the Awarta military roadblock, near
Nablus.

It is worth mentioning that the soldiers invaded Al-Jalama, Arbouna, Deir Ghazala, and Arrana, northeast of Jenin, and fired many flares and concussion grenades, before withdrawing.

The army stormed many citizens’ homes in Beit Awa town, west of Hebron, and confiscated a vehicle belonging to Thabet Yassin Al-Shalalda in the town of Sa’ir, northeast of the city.

According to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), the occupation army has abducted 7,225 Palestinians sine the beginning of Israel’s military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
