The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Tuesday at dawn, 27 Palestinians, including former political prisoners, from their homes, in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The invasions targeted dozens of homes in many communities across the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem.
The soldiers also installed military roadblocks and searched dozens of cars while inspecting the ID cards of scores of Palestinians.
The invasions led to protests in many communities across the West Bank, especially in Nablus and Jerusalem, while the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
In addition, the soldiers confiscated the car of one of the abducted Palestinians, identified as Mohammad Ismael Abu Arqoub, Doura town, southwest of Hebron;
They also installed roadblocks in many areas, closing several streets in the governorate, including roads leading to Hebron city.

Basman Abu Rmeila, Kafr Aqab, Jerusalem.
Saif Abu Rmeila, Qalandia refugee camp, Jerusalem.
Ibrahim Dandan, Abu Dis, Jerusalem.

RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 18 Palestinians during predawn Tuesday raids carried out across the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) confirmed that Israeli forces detained five Palestinians from the southern West Bank district of Hebron; they were identified as Ayed Dudin, Mubarak Elayyan Zeidat, Youssef Nassar, Muhammad Ismail Abu Arqoub and Ahmad Abu Sundos.
In the central West Bank district of Jerusalem, another five Palestinians were detained; PPS identified them as Seif Abu Irmeila from the Qalandiya refugee camp, Sheikh Basman Abu Irmeila from Kafr Aqab, Odeh Issa Radaydeh, Muhammad Salah Iyad and Ibrahim Nasser Atallah.
In the northern West Bank district of Nablus, Israeli forces detained five Palestinians; they were identified as Ahmad Marmash, Imad al-Amoudi, Islam Abed al-Karim Hashash, Hussam Abu Zaytoun and Youssef Abed al-Karim Hashash.
PPS confirmed that three Palestinians were detained in the northern West Bank district of Tulkarem; the society identified them as Muhammad Ahmad Qassem Saadeh, Abed al-Hakim Muhammad Hamdan and Raafat Jamil al-Rahman Nassif.
According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,820 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons.
