On the early morning and dawn of the sixty-ninth day of the Israeli onslaught on the civilians of Gaza, Israeli missiles and shells killed and injured hundreds of Palestinians, bringing the number of slain Palestinians since October 7 to more than 18.608, in addition to at least 50.000 injured.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Israeli missiles and shells killed 196 Palestinians in just one day and injured hundreds more in several parts of the coastal region.

In Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, the army killed 27 Palestinians and injured dozens, mostly women and children, after firing missiles at homes in the city, especially near the UNRWA clinic and the Shaboura refugee camp. The slain Palestinians are largely from the Abu Deba’ and Ashour families.

The bombing of Rafah came after the army dropped leaflets, ordering the Palestinians to leave Khan Younis and head to Rafah.

In Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, the army bombarded many areas in the city, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians.

Also, an Israeli military drone killed a child, Sarah Khalil Qdeih, in a shelter in Khan Younis and injured many Palestinians.

The army also fired missiles and shells at homes and buildings in Deir Al-Balah and the Nusseirat refugee camps in central Gaza, causing dozens of casualties.

In Gaza City, Israeli missiles killed at least 26 Palestinians, including children and women, in a home for the Karirah family in the Daraj neighborhood. The missile also struck many homes.

In addition, six Palestinians were killed, and dozens were injured after the army fired missiles at a school in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood where hundreds of families sheltered.

At least two Palestinians were killed, and Israeli missiles injured many in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, the army fired many missiles and artillery shells at homes and buildings, causing dozens of casualties, including fatalities, while medics and the residents have been unable to enter the targeted areas due to the intensity of the Israeli bombing.

In related news, The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced that at least 288 Palestinians in a designated shelter area of its facilities were killed since October 7.

Egyptian sources said Israel contacted the country to mediate in a new temporary truce to release detainees in exchange; however, a senior Hamas Political Bureau member, Bassem Na’im, said that no agreement is possible while Israel insists on continuing its offensive on Gaza.

Palestinian sources told Haaretz Israeli media outlet, that Qatar and Egypt are holding direct talks with Hamas and Israel to outline a potential agreement; however, the sources stated these talks are in their infancy.

On its part, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, and the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, among other smaller groups, said they managed to destroy man tanks and armored Israeli military vehicles, especially in the Sheikh Radan area in Gaza City, killing and wounding dozens of soldiers.

Israeli has now killed more than 18608, in addition to more than 50.000 injured; most of the slain and injured Palestinians are civilians, including women and children.

Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Gaza, said the soldiers invaded Kamal Adwan Hospital and are preventing the medical staff from providing treatment to ten wounded Palestinians in the Emergency Department, leading to the death of two.

Al-Qedra added that the soldiers forced all medical staff to bring the patients, the wounded, and the infants to the second floor of the medical facility, where they remained held without food, water, or electricity.

Dr. Al-Qedra also said the army forced around 2500 Palestinians sheltering at the medical center to leave and added that the patients and the wounded would be moved to the Shifa Medical Center in Gaza despite the massive destruction to the medical facility and the lack of basic supplies.

He stated that the army is still holding 70 medical staff and patients, including the head of the hospital, Dr. Ahmad Al-Kahlout.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli soldiers detained all males in hospitals the army invaded in the Gaza Strip, including all male nurses, doctors, staff, patients, and the wounded.

The Health Ministry added that the soldiers assaulted and tortured dozens of Palestinians who were detained at the medical center, shot five while ordering them to go back inside, and abducted several Palestinians.

The tight siege on the Kamal Adwan hospital in northern Gaza remained surrounded and isolated by Israeli tanks and soldiers who are firing shells and live rounds at any person they see in its yards.
