NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained 13 Palestinians from across the occupied West Bank during raids overnight Thursday, the army said.
Security sources said that Fathi Qutub was shot in the hand with live ammunition as well as in the chest with a rubber-coated steel bullet when Israeli forces raided his home in Nablus' Old City. Qutub was taken to the Rafidiya Governmental Hospital for treatment.
Sources said that Israeli forces also detained Samed Abdullah from the area.
An Israeli army spokesperson told Ma'an that a "Hamas operative" was detained from the Nablus area.
Separately, Israeli forces detained a Palestinian youth from the Aida refugee camp in northern Bethlehem early Friday morning.
Locals said that Israeli forces raided the camp and searched the home of Mustafa Abu Aker before detaining his son, Hazem, 22, who is a former prisoner.
The army spokesperson confirmed one detention in the area for "suspected illegal activity."
Israeli forces also detained Linda Ghassan Halahleh, from the Kharas town in northwestern Hebron earlier Friday after the forces were unable to find her “wanted” husband, Guevara Muhammad Said Halahleh, locals told Ma'an.
The army spokesperson confirmed three additional arrests in Jenin, three north of Qalqilya, four in areas around Ramallah, and three in Abu Dis.
Over 6,000 Palestinians are currently held in Israel jails according to prisoners' rights group Addameer. The Palestinian Authority reported last week that up to 650 had been detained since the beginning of the month.

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Friday at dawn, several Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank, kidnapped three Palestinians, and injured one.
Media sources in the northern West Bank city of Nablus said the soldiers invaded the city, and searched several homes, before kidnapping one Palestinian identified as Samed Abdullah, from an-Nasr area, in the Old City of Nablus.
The soldiers searched and ransacked several homes, causing damage, and interrogated many residents while searching their properties.
In addition, one Palestinian, identified as Fathi Qutub, was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the chest and a live round in his arm, after the soldiers opened fire while storming his property, in Nablus. He was moved to the Rafidia Hospital.
Moreover, several military vehicles invaded Ya’bad town, southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, also searched and ransacked homes, and kidnapped a Palestinian identified as Ashraf Mohammad al-Keelani, 27 years of age.
In Bethlehem, several army vehicles invaded the ‘Aida refugee camp north of the city, and kidnapped a young man, identified as Hazem Adel Abu 'Aker, 21 years of age.
