RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli military courts extended the detention of 56 Palestinian prisoners for interrogation and legal procedures, a prisoners’ rights group said on Tuesday.
An Israeli court in Salem extended the detention of Bashar Sablan, Muhammad Riyahi, Khalil Abudi, Hassan Khafash, Madi Abu Tayun, Walid Abu Zeina, Muhammad Ramadan, Amid Shahin, Tareq Abdullah, Ibrahim Abu Ayyash, Thabet Qaraan, Muhammad Khdeish, Muhammad Asi, Abd al-Qader Ubeidat, Ashraf Tahayneh, Ahmad Zakarneh and Nour al-Din Jawabreh.
The Ofer Israeli court extended the detention of Ismail Jadallah, Muath Ikhleil, Ihab Abdullah, Imad Faraaneh, Abd al-Latif Asi, Iham Suleiman, Yazan Ikhleil, al-Bara Abu Eid, Muhammad Stuf, Moussa Zahran and Muhammad al-Rimawi.
The Ashkelon court extended the detention of Tareq al-Juneidi, Fares al-Rajabi, Bassem Miswada, Salim al-Rajabi, Khalil Idreis, Ayman al-Fakhouri, Wassim Isied, Zaid al-Jaabari, Shadi Shawar and Muhammad Thuweib.
The Petah Tikva Israeli court extended the detention of Muhammad Jawabreh, Muhammad Abdo, Yasser Qawqas, Ahmad Ahmad, Usama al-Hussein, Qassam Qfeisheh and Jamil Kayyal.
The Russian Compound court extended the detention of Muhammad Abu Ghaliya, Muhammad Omar, Rami Karajeh, Zakariya Badwan, Thaer Zaid, Bassel al-Rimawi and Hani Zaalan.
The al-Jalama court extended the detention of Bilal Abu Hamdi, Samir Tubasi, Mahmoud Alawneh and Hassan Hassis.
