Description
OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- An Israeli court in occupied Jerusalem arbitrarily issued a verdict of house arrest against Palestinian activist Abeer Abu Khadir, three of her sons and one of her relatives, and banned them from leaving Shuafat refugee camp except for work and study.
The court also ordered their release on bail after five days in detention and fined them thousands of shekels.
The court, especially, sentenced Anan, the 13-year old son of Abu Khadir, to five days in detention and imposed on him a fine of 1, 500 shekels on allegation of throwing stones at a train station worker as he was walking in Shuafat refugee camp.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnapped Abeer, the wife of prisoner Naser Abu Khadir, her son Anan, two daughters and a relative of theirs last Wednesday after a violent raid on their home in Shuafat refugee camp.
