Description
JERUSALEM, June 11, 2012 (WAFA) – Israelis Monday slashed tires of eight Palestinian cars in Shufat refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, according to local sources.
They said the Israelis spray-painted racist graffiti such as “death to Arabs”on one car, along with “Ulpana” and “price tag” in reference to the Israeli High Court ruling to demolish five houses in Ulpana settlement outpost, built on private Palestinian land in the illegal settlement of Beit El, north of Ramallah.
Jewish settlers normally attack Palestinian civilians and vandalize their property to avenge Israeli government decisions to remove them from outposts they had built without government consent.
The Palestinian Authority has urged the international community to provide protection to the Palestinian civilians from settlers' violence.

Settler Attacks in Retaliation for Regulation Bill Failure
by Sarah Snobar - IMEMC & agencies
Eight cars belonging to Palestinians were flattened by settlers on Sunday night in Shuafat, Jerusalem.
'Death to Arabs' and 'Ulpana' were written on cars as retaliation for the failure of the 'Regulation Bill' to go through which means the Ulpana outpost in Beit El settlement must be evicted.
The Israeli police claimed that an investigation crew has been set up to look into the matter.
It is worth mentioning that the failure of the Regulation Bill in the Knesset has led to an increase anti-Arab slogans in various areas in Jerusalem but no action has been taken against those who take part in it.
