QALQILIYA (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested a retired Palestinian Authority security officer on Monday from his Qalqiliya home, locals said.Israeli soldiers ransacked the home of Adel al-Lubani, 62, and detained him, witnesses told Ma'an. Israeli military forces also confiscated his computer.
Al-Lubani is a retired lieutenant colonel of the Palestinian Authority National Security Forces. He retired in 2006 due to diabetes and heart disease.
