HEBRON, January 15, 2014 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday handed out twelve demolition orders for houses and water wells belonging to Palestinians in the town of Saʻir, northeast of Hebron, said local sources.They said that forces handed out demolition orders for six houses and six water wells in the area belonging to eight families, comprised of more than 50 members.
He said that the orders aim to take over thousands of dunums of the towns land for the benefit of expanding a nearby illegal settlement built on the town’s land, stressing that they have the official documents to prove their ownership of the land.
