Description
HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli authorities handed out two stop-work orders for two homes in the West Bank town of Idhna on Monday.

Israeli forces ordered the owners of the two buildings to stop construction on their own houses in the city west of Hebron near the Green Line.

The first building consisted of a house of two apartments belonging to Muhanad and Saed Issa al-Jiyawi, in the Wadi Aziz area.

The other house belongs to Jamal Ahmad Khalil al-Jiyawi and is located in the Wadi al-Beir west of Idhna.

Idhna is frequently subjected to attacks and violations by Israeli forces, and recently Israeli forces also handed similar notifications and stop-work orders to nearby agricultural properties as well.

Idhna is surrounded by Israeli checkpoints to the north, east, and south, and the separation wall to the west.

The internationally recognized Palestinian territories of which the West Bank and East Jerusalem form a part have been occupied by the Israeli military since 1967.
