On Sunday, 14th April, 2013, at 21:30, IDF soldiers entered a Palestinian home near Tel Rumeida, in Hebron, and arrested a 13 year old boy on the claim that he had thrown stones. They shackled him and covered his eyes with a cloth used to clean guns. First, they took him to a road block in Hebron and locked him up there for 20 minutes. Afterwards they took him to an nearby IDF base where they locked him up for further 15 minutes. After that, they took him to the Palestinian police.
