Israel Demolishes 70 Structures in Jordan Valley

AL-MALEH, JORDAN VALLEY, January 17, 2013 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday demolished around 70 structures, including residential sheds and animal barns, belonging to 12 Palestinian families in Wadi el-Maleh north of the Jordan Valley, according to an official.Aref Daraghme, head of al-Maleh village council, told WAFA that Israeli soldiers provided protection to bulldozers as they demolished the structures that were used by local shepherds.
