Description
NABLUS, (PIC)-- According to Al-Tadhamon Foundation for Human Rights, the Israeli Ofer Court rejected on Tuesday the appeal submitted by seven administrative prisoners, including two MPs.
The researcher at Al-Tadhamon Foundation, Ahmed Betawi, said that the occupation court has rejected the appeals submitted by the two Palestinian MPs Yasser Daoud Mansour and Fathi Mohammed Qraawi.
The court decided to extend the detention of MP Mansour, from the city of Nablus, for six other months and the detention of MP Qraawi, from the city of Tulkarem, for three additional months, the researcher added.
The Israeli occupation forces have arrested the two MPs on the 24th of November 2012 after breaking into their houses. They had been then transferred to the administrative detention.
Betawi pointed out that the Ofer court had also refused the appeal presented by five other prisoners and decided to renew their detention.
