NABLUS, November 7, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday issued eviction orders to 40 Palestinian families in the Tana locale, east of Nablus, according to an activist.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlement activities in the northern West Bank, told WAFA that the families were ordered to leave their homes by Saturday as the Israeli army wants to turn the area into a training base for its soldiers.

He said if the army proceeds with its decision, it will be considered one of the biggest displacement operations of Palestinian families in the region.
