QALQILIYA (Ma‘an) 3 July -- Police on Sunday detained a teenager who tried to sit a high school exam on behalf of his identical twin brother in the northern West Bank district of Qalqiliya. The teenager, who was not identified, tried to take the exam for his brother who was detained by Israeli forces on Thursday ...
