Silwan, Jerusalem (SILWANIC) -- The detention of three youth from Silwan was extended by Israeli judiciary for the third time on 7 June. Muhannad al-Kawasmi (18), Ahmad Basboos (20) and Alaa al-Kaimari (20) were ordered to be held for a further period as requested by the prosecution. Muhammad Kawasmi ,brother of Muhannad, was arrested by Israeli forces inside the courtroom. Authorities have not revealed the reason for Muhammad’s arrest, as he was attending the trial as an observer in support of his brother.
