RAMALLAH, May 24, 2012 (WAFA) –Israeli forces Thursday arrested six Palestinians from the West Bank, according to local and security sources.

They told WAFA that forces stormed Yatta, a town south of Hebron, and arrested three Palestinian teenagers aged 15, 16, 19, after raiding their homes, bringing up the number of arrests during the past 48 hours to 10, including three under 18.

Spokesman of the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements, Mohammed Awad, said forces stormed the town in the early morning hours and raided the home of Omar al-Salibi, breaking down the main front door and fired tear gas bombs inside the house before arresting his 16-year-old son.

Meanwhile, forces stormed the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, raided several homes, and arrested two Palestinians in their twenties from the village of Al-Arqa to the west of the city after searching their homes.

Sources said Israeli soldiers stormed Jenin refugee camp after a group of soldiers dressed in civilian clothing entered Jenin refugee camp, leading to confrontations between them and the residents.

Forces fired tear gas bombs at the Palestinians and seized a car belonging to one of the residents.

In Bethlehem, forces arrested a 24-year-old Palestinian after raiding and searching his home.
