Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank on Monday, breaking into homes, abducting Palestinians, and deploying military units in towns, villages, and a refugee camp in the northern, central, and southern regions.

In the northern West Bank, troops invaded the town of Ya’bad, south of Jenin, in an operation that lasted more than six hours.

Media sources said soldiers broke into several homes and abducted Tareq Jawabra, Mohammad Hamdouni, Mousa Bajawi, Mohammad Qabha, and Amir Qabha after extensive searches. During the invasion, the army occupied a wedding hall and converted it into a field interrogation site, detaining, and questioning dozens of residents before withdrawing.

Earlier at dawn, Israeli forces invaded the town of Faqou’a, east of Jenin, deploying military vehicles, forcing shops to close, and spreading infantry units throughout the streets.

Residents noted that the army has intensified its invasions of Jenin‑area towns and villages since the assault on the city and its refugee camp began on January 21, 2025.

Later in the day, troops invaded the nearby village of Jalboun, also east of Jenin, broke into several homes, searched them, and set up a military roadblock that obstructed movement. Soldiers fired tear gas bombs, though no injuries or abductions were reported.

In the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Bidya, west of Salfit, deploying around the Bidya fuel station and several shops along the main road. No injuries or abductions were reported.

In the Ramallah area, in the central West Bank, soldiers abducted two Palestinians, Amro Fawzi and Munir Tal’at, from the village of Deir Abu Mash’al, west of Ramallah, after breaking into and searching their homes.

In addition, a special forces unit invaded the Um Al‑Sharayet neighborhood in the city of Al‑Bireh, broke into the home of Khaled Al‑Jabali, a Gaza ID holder residing in the city, and interrogated him.

Protests also erupted in the village of Al‑Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, where soldiers fired tear gas and stun grenades at residents.

Additional protests near the entrance of Al‑Am’ari refugee camp in Al‑Bireh resulted in a minor injury from Israeli gunfire.

The army also installed a military roadblock near Beit Jarir town, northeast of Ramallah, forcing hundreds of vehicles to wait for hours while the soldiers also searched cars and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In the southern West Bank, protests erupted in the town of Halhoul, north of Hebron, where Israeli forces fired tear gas at residents.

In the Bethlehem area, troops abducted three Palestinians, Abdul‑Salim Hameed, 20, Mohammad Aziz Sabah, 20, and Taleb Mohammad Al‑Badan, 55, from the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, after breaking into and searching their family homes.

North of occupied Jerusalem, two young men were shot and injured by Israeli forces near the illegal Annexation Wall in the town of Al‑Ram.

Meanwhile, several military jeeps, accompanied by a military bulldozer invaded the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem, deploying in several neighborhoods and closing streets.
