After Years of Legal Battle, Settlers Ordered to Leave Hebron Building

HEBRON, April 21, 2012 (WAFA) – The Hebron Rehabilitation Committee (HRC) Saturday said in a statement that an Israeli court had issued an eviction order against Jewish settlers who had for years occupied a Palestinian-owned building in the Hebron neighborhood of Tel Rumeida.It said the Israeli settlers took over the building by force several years ago.
HRC said the court finally ruled to evict the settlers from the building owned by the Bakri family by May 15 after a long legal battle in the Israeli courts.
