On Sunday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least fifteen Palestinians, including a young woman, two children, and several former political prisoners, in various parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) and the Palestinian Detainees Committee said in a joint statement that the soldiers stormed and ransacked dozens of homes across the West Bank, causing damage, and interrogated scores of Palestinians before abducting at least fifteen.
They added that most of the invasions and abductions were in Tulkarem, Qalqilia, Jenin, Tubas, Salfit, Jericho, and Jerusalem.
In Qalqilia, in the northwestern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Khaled Morad Eshteiwi, 19, after storming and ransacking his home, and assaulting him, in Kufur Qaddoum town, east of the city.
Khaled, a student at the Najah University in Nablus, studying Telecommunications and Digital Media, is a former political prisoner who was imprisoned by Israel for eight months, and the army previously shot him with live fire.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted a young woman, Narmin Jamal Hussein, from her home in Deir Al-Hatab village, after several military vehicles invaded the town, and many neighborhoods in Nablus city, and the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes.
In Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part, the soldiers abducted Soheib Salama Abu Daoud, after storming and ransacking his home in the city.
The soldiers also invaded Yatta town, south of Hebron, before breaking into and violently searching a few homes.
The Israeli army abducted at least 8,495 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank since October 7, 2023.
Most of the abductees were taken from their homes while many were taken on military roadblocks and others were held hostages to pressure their “wanted” family members to surrender to the army.

Israeli Army Abducts Four Palestinians In Tulkarem

On Sunday dawn, several armored Israeli military vehicles invaded Illar town, north of Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern area and abducted four young Palestinian men.
Media sources said that more than twenty military vehicles invaded the town, before the soldiers surrounded neighborhoods and initiated massive and violent searches of homes, causing serious damage.
They added that the soldiers interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards in their homes, including the home of Jamal Ja’ar, whom the army killed six months earlier when the soldiers invaded Nur Shams refugee camp, and abducted his son, Nassar.
The soldiers also abducted Bara’ Abu Sa’da, Fadi Raher, and Laith Al-Masri, after storming their homes and ransacking them.

Israeli Army Abducts Four Palestinians in Jericho, Jerusalem

Israeli forces abducted, on Sunday, three Palestinian teens in the Jericho governorate in the northeastern part of the West Bank in addition to one near occupied Jerusalem.
According to Eid Barahma, director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Jericho, Israeli forces, on Sunday afternoon, abducted three 18-year-old young men in the Jericho governorate.
Occupation forces abducted Ziad Saleh Ibrahim Nujoom, 18, from an-Nuway’imah village, northwest of Jericho, Suhaib Ramzi Hussein Farah, 18, from the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp southwest of the city, and Raed Saed Fayek Ibrahim, 18, a resident of Ein Sultan refugee camp, was abducted at the southern military roadblock in the city.
In related news, Israeli forces abducted, on Sunday, a Palestinian young man in the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
Before dawn Sunday, the army abducted Ramadan Yusri Khatib, 22, after storming and searching his and many other homes in the town.
