On the first hours of Saturday, Day 141 of the Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in the devastated and destroyed Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles killed and injured dozens of Palestinians.

The army fired barrages of missiles and shells at various parts of the coastal enclave, and more than %90 of the Palestinians fled to the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and are facing famine and diseases without food, water, or medical supplies.

Many Palestinians, including children and women, were injured when the army fired missiles at homes and buildings in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp, in central Gaza, before the medics rushed them to the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.

The army also fired missiles at several parts of Deir Al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, causing many casualties.

The Israeli army fired many missiles and shells at the Palestinians in various parts of Khan Younis refugee camp, and many areas, especially to the east of Khan Younis city, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

In addition, the army fired missiles and shells at areas, east of Rafah, in the southmost part of the Gaza Strip, where hundreds of thousands are trying to shelter after fleeing northern Gaza, Gaza City, and the central parts of the coastal enclave.

The Al-Quds Brigades of the Islamic Jihad and the Al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas said they exchanged fire with the Israeli soldiers and targeted tanks and armored vehicles with rocket-propelled grenades and explosives, killing and wounding several soldiers.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the army committed 10 massacres of entire families, killing at least 104 Palestinians, and wounding 160 in 24 hours, including on Friday evening, when the army killed 26 Palestinians, mostly children and women, in one home in the Yaffa area in Deir Al-Balah.

Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry, said half a million Palestinians in northern Gaza are suffering not only due to constant Israeli bombing and massive destruction but also from famine, thirst, and diseases.

Dr. Al-Qedra added that 350.000 Palestinian patients, 60.000 pregnant women, and 700.000 children in the Gaza Strip are suffering serious health issues and complications, due to the lack of medicine, water, and nutrition.

He stated that these serious Israeli violations and crimes against the patients, the children, women, and the elderly, as part of the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people in the destroyed coastal enclave.
