On Saturday evening, Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian young man in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Israeli forces stormed Beit Ummar town, on Saturday evening, triggering protests among local Palestinian youths.

Soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, critically injuring one young man.

Ambulance crews rushed the critically injured young man to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The Ministry of Health announced that the young man, Aziz Abd al-Rahim Aziz Akhilil, 20, died on Saturday evening after Israeli forces shot him in the abdomen with live ammunition.

In related news, the young man, Hamza Ibrahim Muhammad Bashkar, 30, died, on Saturday, one day after Israeli forces shot him while he was in the town of Huwwara, south of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
