On Wednesday night, Israeli soldiers killed a young Palestinian man and wounded several others after the army invaded the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part. His death came hours after the soldiers killed a child in Burin village, south of Nablus.
Many Israeli army jeeps invaded Nablus city from its eastern area before invading the Balata refugee camp and storming the Yafa Cultural Center, leading to protests.
Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, said the soldiers killed Ezzeddin Mustafa Hafi, 18, after shooting him with a live round in the head.
Jibril added that the soldiers shot another Palestinian in the back, causing serious wounds before he and Hafi were rushed to Rafidia Hospital.
Jibril also said that Israeli soldiers stopped the PRCS medics and ambulance while trying to evacuate wounded Palestinians and confiscated their ambulances’ keys and their mobile phones.
In addition, the soldiers shot a young man and injured several others in Sebastia town, north of Nablus.

The army continued its siege of various village and towns, west of Salfit, and took mobile phones from several young men before posting Israeli flags on their social media apps.
In related news, the soldiers abducted Mohammad D’eis, from the Wadi Al-Hariyya area, south of Hebron in the West Bank’s southern part, and confiscated several small drones from a shop that sells photography supplies and detained its owners Adel Tawil.
In addition, the army abducted Nassim Hanani from Beit Furik, east of Nablus, after detaining him for several hours at the Al-Hamra military roadblock, north of Jericho in the northeastern West Bank.
