Israeli occupation forces uprooted, on Wednesday, at least 20 olive saplings and razed dozens of dunams of Palestinian-owned agricultural land, in Kufr al-Dik town, west of Salfit, in the central occupied West Bank, local sources reported.
In a press statement, Muhammad Naji, the mayor of Kufr al-Dik, said that, “last night, the occupation bulldozers uprooted more than 20 olive saplings, between 4-6 years old.”
He added that, “The occupation bulldozers swept away tens of dunams, and built a settlement road 400 meters long and 8 meters wide from the Palestinian lands in the (Badiriyeh) area located on the western side of the town.”
It is important to mention that Israeli forces, on Tuesday, expropriated land from Huwara town, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, for the expansion of a settler-only road.
Occupation authorities seized a 362-square-meter plot of land in the town of Huwara, for a road that will exclusively serve illegal Israeli colonists.
