On Sunday morning, a group of illegal colonizers gathered near the main entrance of Beit Furik town, east of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, and hurled stones at Palestinian cars.
Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonialist activities in the northern West Bank, said the colonizers hurled stones at Palestinian cars near Beit Furik Israeli military roadblock, causing damage.
Daghlas added that the colonizers attacked the Palestinian’s car when the Israeli soldiers reopened the roadblock after closing it in both directions for several days.
After the attacks, Israeli soldiers closed the iron gate at the main entrance of Beit Furik town, roadblock once again, punishing the Palestinians, instead of the illegal colonizers who attacked them.
Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department of the Nablus office of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), said the soldiers escalated their restrictions at the roadblock despite reopening it and attacked PRCS medics trying to cross with their ambulance.
The soldiers also escalated their restrictive measures at the main entrance of Salem village, east of Nablus, and prevented the Palestinians from entering or leaving it, in addition to invading and ransacking several homes in the ath-Thahra area in the village.
