NABLUS, (PIC)-- A group of Jewish settlers on Wednesday savegely attacked the house of a Palestinian citizen located between the villages of Beit Furik and Beit Dajan east of Nablus city and caused material damage to his property.

Eyewitnesses from the area said the settlers, believed to be from Elon Moreh settlement, attacked and ransacked the house which belongs to citizen Shaheer Hanani and burnt one of its rooms.

They removed a gas cylinder into one of the house's rooms and detonated it causing considerable damage to it, one of the eyewitnesses stated.

They also torched Hanani's car, another added.
