Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, two young Palestinian men from their homes in the Bethlehem governorate, south of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses said several Israeli army jeeps invaded the Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes, leading to protests.
They added that the soldiers abducted Basel Walid Da’amsa, 25, from his home and took him to Etzion military base and security center.
In addition, the soldiers invaded the Abu Njeim area in Bethlehem city, searched homes, and abducted Saleh Amin al-Hreimi, 23.
On Wednesday evening, the soldiers injured dozens of Palestinians, and abducted one, during protests in Arraba town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin. The soldiers also invaded orchards and farmlands and conducted extensive searches.

In related news, the soldiers injured more than 100 Palestinians at the junctions of Beita and Huwwara towns, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, after the army attacked protesters who marched in solidarity with the Palestinian detainees.
