Israeli forces, on Monday, abducted 14 Palestinians from several areas of the occupied West Bank, Palestinian WAFA News Agency reported.
Local sources said that Israeli police arrested five Palestinians after ransacking their houses in the al-Tur neighborhood of East Jerusalem, southern West Bank.
Sources added that police assaulted two brothers before detaining them from a detention center in West Jerusalem.
In Ramallah and al-Bireh district, central West Bank, the Israeli military invaded Bittin village, and detained two Palestinian men.
A similar invasion was executed in Kobar village, north of Ramallah, resulting in the detention of one Palestinian.
In Salfit district in the northern West Bank, a resident of al-Zawiya village was abducted when he tried to cross a military checkpoint, west of Salfit. Soldiers invaded and searched the detainee’s home in a military incursion into al-Zawiya village.
In Nablus district, northern West Bank, local sources said that occupation forces stormed Burqa village, northwest of the Nablus city and detained one Palestinian.
The Palestine Prisoners’ Society (PPS) confirmed two military incursions into Nur Shams refugee camp and Anabta town, east of Tulkarem city, northern West Bank, resulting in the detention of two Palestinians.
Local sources told Quds News Network that Israeli forces used police dogs when they invaded Palestinian homes in Al Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem.
The QNN further reported that the family homes which were invaded and vandalised by Israeli forces, include those of Jamal Za’tari, seen in the video below, Sari Abul Hawa, Hamza Abul Hawa, Sari Joulani, and Muhammad Abu Jom’a.
As mentioned above, the occupation forces assaulted the two brothers, Muhammad and Ahmad Za’tari and subsequently arrested their brother, Jamal from his home.
