WEST BANK, January 11, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday arrested 10 Palestinians from across the West Bank, according to security sources.
In Jenin, Israeli forces arrested two Palestinians from Jenin refugee camp after raiding their houses, searching them and tampering with their contents, according to the sources.
They also raided a garage and confiscated four cars.
Forces also raided several Palestinian houses in Battir, a village west of the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, searched them thoroughly and arrested three Palestinians, including a 16-years-old boy.
In Nablus, Israeli military stormed the village of Yattma, searched several houses and arrested a Palestinian youth.
Israeli forces also raided several towns north of the West Bank city of Hebron, arrested three Palestinians, including two 17-year-olds.
Spokesman of the National Committee against the Wall and Settlement in Beit Ummar, Mohammed Awad, told WAFA that forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar and arrested three Palestinians including the two 17-year-olds and took them to a detention centre in a nearby settlement.
Security sources said that Israeli soldiers arrested a Palestinian from the town of Dahriyeh, also near Hebron, after searching his house.
Forces also stormed several Palestinian houses and shops in several towns and neighborhoods in Hebron area including Edna, Halhoul and Dora.
