RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 12 Palestinians, including a woman, across the occupied West Bank, on predawn Tuesday.
Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said that Israeli forces detained two Palestinians in the southern West Bank district of Hebron. They were identified as Muhammad Fayez Zeidat and Naim Hashem Armilat.
In the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, four Palestinians were detained. PPS identified them as Ahmad al-Seifi, Adi Abu Nasser, Raed Mousa, and Adi Abu Nassar.
In the central West Bank district of Ramallah, another three Palestinians were detained. They were identified as Amal Barghouth, Khaled Barghouth, and Abada Ahmad Muhammad Qasem.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, two Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces. They were identified as Khalil Ramzi Huwayel and Arsan Qarini.
In the northern West Bank district of Salfit, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Zahir al-Einabusi.
According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,450 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, including 53 female prisoners.

Israeli soldiers abducted, on Tuesday at dawn, three Palestinians, and summoned two others, for interrogation, after invading their homes in Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers invaded and searched many homes in Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, and abducted Ahmad As’ad Saifi, 20, and Odai Mustafa Abu Nassar, 24.
They added that the soldiers also abducted a teenage boy, identified as Raed Hasan Mousa, from his home in the al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.
The soldiers also invaded and searched homes in Teqoua’ town, southeast of Bethlehem, and summoned Mohammad Jom’a Sha’er, 16, and Ahmad Mahmoud Abu Mfarreh, 16, for interrogation in Etzion military base, south of Bethlehem.

Israeli soldiers abducted, Tuesday, two Palestinians from their homes, in Hebron governorate, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
The Hebron office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that the soldiers invaded and searched homes in Bani Naim town, east of the city, and abducted Mohammad Fayez Zeidat, and Naim Hashem Irmeilat.
It added that the soldiers also invaded Beit Kahil town, west of Hebron, and searched several homes, including the home of a former political prisoner, identified as Abu Hamza Zohour.
The soldiers also summoned for interrogation Ehab al-Qawasma, after invading his home in Hebron city.
In addition, the army installed roadblocks on Hebron’s northern and southern roads, in addition to the entrances of Sa’ir and Halhoul towns, before stopping and searching dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
In related news, the soldiers abducted three Palestinians, and summoned two others, for interrogation, after invading their homes in Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.
