RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Four Palestinian youths were shot and injured by Israeli live ammunition, on late Sunday evening, in the village of Deir Abu Mashal, in the central occupied West Bank district of Ramallah.

Locals told Ma'an that Israeli forces opened fire at a Palestinian vehicle passing by, injuring for Palestinian passengers.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) medical crews transferred four injured Palestinians to a nearby hospital.

The ministry added that one of the four was shot and critically injured in the leg, while the other three suffered minor injuries.
