RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 10 Palestinians, including a woman, from across the occupied West Bank during predawn raids on Thursday.
The Palestinian Prisoner's Society said that one Palestinian was detained by Israeli forces from the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem; he was identified as Ibrahim Nasser al-Wardiyan.
PPS confirmed that Israeli forces detained Nisreen Dwayyat, wife of Palestinian lawmaker, Ahmad Attoun, who was expelled from Jerusalem and forced to live in exile in the West Bank.
Dwayat was detained during a raid at her home in Sur Baher neighborhood, in occupied East Jerusalem.
Israeli forces detained four Palestinians also from the Jerusalem district. PPS identified them as Muhammad Ahmad Obeid, the son of prisoner Ahmad Obeid, who is sentenced to a lifetimes of prison in Israeli jails, brothers Thaer al-Fakhouri, Abed al-Fatah al-Fakhouri and Mumen al-Razem.
Thaer al-Fakhouri's wedding is scheduled to take place on Friday.
In the central West Bank district of Ramallah, two Palestinians were detained; they were identified as Ahmad Mustafa Salameh and Ahmad Abu al-Sabri.
In the central West Bank district of Jericho, Israeli forces detained and identified one Palestinian as Abdullah Amer Jahajha.
In the northern West Bank district of Nablus, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Said Hassan al-Saifi.
The detentions carried out by Israeli forces mostly occur during overnight raids in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.
According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,820 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, of whom 63 are female prisoners.

PPS: “Israeli Soldiers Abduct 13 Palestinians In The West Bank”

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, thirteen Palestinians, including three children and one woman, from several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The soldiers invaded and violently searched dozens of homes, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
One of the abducted Palestinians, identified as Tha’er al-Fakhouri, was preparing for his wedding, which was scheduled for this coming Friday.
Two of the abducted are siblings, only 12 and 14 years of age.
The soldiers also installed several roadblocks across the West Bank, stopped and searched many cars and questioned many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
The abducted Palestinians have been identified as:
1. Nisreen Dweikat – Jerusalem.
2. Mohammad Ahmad Obeid – Jerusalem.
3. Tha’er al-Fakhouri – Jerusalem.
4. Abdul-Fattah al-Fakhouri – Jerusalem. (Tha’er’s brother)
5. Ma’moun az-Razem – Jerusalem.
6. Ahmad Mustafa Salama – Ramallah.
7. Ahmad Abu Sabri – Ramallah.
8. Hamza Khaled Salah, 14 – Bethlehem.
9. Mohammad Khaled Salah, 12 – Bethlehem. (Hamza’s brother)
10. Hazem Ibrahim Issa, 14 – Bethlehem.
11. Ibrahim Nasser al-Wreidan – Bethlehem.
12. Abdullah Omar Hajahja – Jericho.
13. Ali Sa’id Saifi – Nablus.
