The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, seventeen Palestinians from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes in several governorates of the West Bank, and interrogated many Palestinians.
Media sources said the soldiers also fired several live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs at Palestinians, protesting the invasions, especially in Orif village south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and Sa’ir town, east of Hebron, in the southern part.
The PPS identified the abducted Palestinians as:
Nablus:
Nihad Mamdouh Abu Shamsiyya, Beita town.
Ibrahim Mahmoud Daoud, Beita town.
Laith Bassem Daoud, Beita town.
Jabr Dweikat,Dahia area, Nablus city (former political prisoner).
Jenin:
Yousef Ahmad Shawahna, 26, Silat al-Harithiya town.
Ghanem Bassam Abahra, 29, al-Yamoun town.
Ali Abdul-Rahma Ba’jawi, 19, Ya’bad town.
Ezzeddin Jamil Saleh, al-‘Arqa village (former political prisoner).
Mohammad Rashed Saleh, al-‘Arqa village (former political prisoner).
Tulkarem:
Yazid Hussein Srouji, 26, Tulkarem refugee camp.
Khaled Yousef Baleedi, 28, Tulkarem refugee camp.
Hebron:
Abdul-Karim Ali Awad, Halhoul town.

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 10 Palestinians during predawn raids across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday.
According to local sources, Israeli forces detained 10 Palestinians and transferred them for further investigation.
In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Qais Numan.
Another Palestinian was detained by Israeli forces in the central district of Ramallah and was identified as Talha Mustafa Nakhleh.
In the northern district of Salfit, one Palestinian was detained and identified as former prisoner Bilal Abu Assbeh.
In the northern West Bank district of Nablus, four Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces, they were identified as Nihad Mamdouh Bani Shamseh, Ibrahim Daoud, Laith Bassem Daoud and Jaber al-Jiaan.
In the northern district of Jenin, Israeli forces detained another two Palestinians; they were identified as Ghanem Abahreh and Youssef Ali Shawahneh.
The Palestine Prisoners Center for Studies reported that 3,000 Palestinians were detained during the first half of 2018; 497 of whom are minors and 84 are women.
The center said that 120 of the detainees are from the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian prisoners rights group Addameer reported that as of April, there are 5,900 Palestinians being held in Israeli prisons.
