WEST BANK, (PIC)-- PA security agencies arrested seven Hamas supporters in the districts of Tulkarem, Salfit and Qalqilya. The same agencies got a teacher sacked and summoned a university student for interrogation.
In Salfit district, preventive security arrested Muneer Mari' who is a student the Najah university in Nablus.
In Qalqylia district, the same agency arrested Hakam Salim, from Jayyous and the magistrates in the city decided to extend the detention of freed captive Muhammad Tubaisa for a nother 15 days.
In al-Khalil district, the magistrate in the city extended the detention of a number of university students for a further 15 days. The same court ruled for the release of Samer al-Qadi, a student, but the preventive security refused to carry out the court ruling.
In the Tulkarem district, preventive security arrested Ahmad Abu Jalmous after summoning him for questioning. They also arrested four Hamas supporters from Shweika, they are: Muhmmad Salah, Muaweyyah Sharfa, Muhammad Abdel-Karim and Muhammad Dhiab.
In the same context, the PA intelligence in Bethlehem summoned Muhammad Abu Mustafa from Nahalin, who is a student at al-Quds Open University, but he refused to answer the summons.
PA agencies also got Muhammad Odeh, a teacher, sacked from his job because of his political persuasion.
Odeh, who taught at Madma to the south of Nablus, received a letter from the Education Department, telling him that he was being sacked. He taught religious education at the school since 2009.
