Israeli soldiers invaded, Monday, Palestinian olive orchards in Husan town, west of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and uprooted dozens of olive saplings.
Member of the Local Council in Husan Mohammad Shousha said the soldiers invaded twenty Dunams (4.94 Acres) of orchards that were planted more than three years ago, and uprooted the saplings.
Shousha added that the orchards belong to Ibrahim Lafi Shousha and ‘Adel Sa’dy Shousha.
The soldiers also took the uprooted saplings and left the area.
He also stated the soldiers informed the Local Council that the Palestinian-owned orchards, are considered “State Lands,” and that the Palestinians are not allowed to plant, or even enter them.
