NABLUS (Ma'an) – Israeli troops arrested three young Palestinian men from Nablus district in the northern West Bank on Wednesday.
Palestinian security sources told Ma'an that Layth Marwan Mustafa Hamad, 23, and Imad Ahmad Mustafa Hamad, 23, were waiting for a friend scheduled to be freed from Israeli custody when Israeli troops approached them and took them into custody.
The two, from the village of Salem in northwest Jenin in the northern West Bank, had fireworks when they were detained.
Separately, Israeli soldiers stopped 30-year-old Muatazz Atif Jabir at a checkpoint near the Nablus-area village of Aqraba and took him into custody after checking his ID card.
