12:00 Mar 1 2015 exact location unknown. Israeli forces say they are investigating

Description
BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A video circulating on social media on Monday showed two Israeli soldiers urging two dog to attack a Palestinian child, who they claimed threw rocks at them.

The video, which was first uploaded Sunday evening, shows the child, pleading for help, after being bit by one of the two dogs which were held by their leashes by the soldiers who continue to incite them to attack him. The child was detained before the dogs attacked him, and he posed no threats to the soldiers.

One of the soldiers in heard clearly ordering the dog in Hebrew to maul the child more than once, as he told the child "now who's the coward." The child then began screaming in terror.

According to Maariv, an Israeli newspaper, the Israeli army has opened an investigation to identify the soldiers and determine the place and time of the incident.
