[Thursday At Dawn, June 19, 2014] Israeli soldiers continued their extensive invasions and assaults in the Hebron District, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, kidnapped 15 Palestinians, invaded and ransacked several homes and charities.

The Palestinian TV has reported that the soldiers invaded the Hebron city, and several nearby towns and refugee camps, kidnapping fifteen Palestinians after violently ransacking and searching their homes.

In Hebron, soldiers kidnapped Hamad Bassam az-Zeer, 26, Mustafa Shawar, Raed Ahmad Sharabaty, Qedar Mohammad Gheith, Rasmy Dofesh, 64, Mohammad Ayyoub Seder, Rojea Abu Hadid, Ali Dofesh, Jihad Shabana, Ahmad Mohammad al-’Oweiwy, Anwar Harb, Baha’ az-Za’tary, and Sobhi Mohammad Masalma.

Soldiers also invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, invaded and searched dozens of homes in the center of the town, in addition to al-Bayyada and ath-Thaher areas, and kidnapped two Palestinians identified as Sheikh Jamil Mahmoud ‘Alqam, 70 years of age, and Ibrahim Mohammad Awad, 24.

Several military jeeps also invaded Yatta town, south of Hebron, and fired gas bombs and concussion grenades at several homes. They also invaded the town’s graveyard, and searched it.

In addition, dozens of soldiers invaded a number of charitable societies, and orphanages, in Hebron city, and in the towns of Yatta, Bani Neim and Beit Ummar, and violently searched them causing excessive property damage.

The soldiers also confiscated computers, documents and files belonging to the invaded charities, and orphanages.

The Israeli army kidnapped at least 30 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank, late on Wednesday at night, and on Thursday at dawn, as part of its ongoing extensive military offensive in the occupied West Bank.

The home invasions targeted at least 100 Palestinian homes, and 14 institutions, causing excessive property damage, and terrifying the residents, mainly the children as many suffered anxiety attacks.

The army also invaded the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and exchange fire with resistance fighters. Medical sources two Palestinians were injured.

At least 64 Palestinians were kidnapped on Wednesday, at dawn, including 51 former prisoners who were previously released under the Shalit Prisoner Swap Deal, bringing the number of kidnapped Palestinians, since last Thursday night, to more than 260 Palestinians. http://www.imemc.org/article/68140
