Description
NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces set up a temporary military checkpoint on Thursday at the entrance of a northern West Bank village, locals told Ma'an.
Witnesses said that Israeli soldiers outside of Sabastiya in the Nablus district stopped dozens of cars, questioned passengers, and checked IDs.
The internationally recognized Palestinian territories of which the West Bank and East Jerusalem form a part have been occupied by the Israeli military since 1967.
