Israeli policemen tase and arrest a Palestinian man in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al Amud, September 27, 2013.

The incident occurred after the man walked by the police, as he returned from Friday prayers, while they clashed with Palestinian youth in the area. Clashes erupted after police closed off prayer in the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Palestinian worshipers under the age of 50, forcing Palestinians to pray in different locations outside of checkpoints.
