Description
BETHLEHEM, September 16, 2013 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers Monday contaminated a water container used to store water for drinking and for agricultural purposes belonging to a resident of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, according to a local activist.
Coordinator of the committee against the apartheid wall, Ahmad Salah, told WAFA that settlers broke into the container, swam in it and also performed Jewish prayers.
He said that this is not the first attack by settlers against the village residents; settlers have been destroying and contaminating water wells while soldiers prevent farmers from building new wells in their land under the pretext that they need to obtain a permit first.
