NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested 13 Palestinians overnight Monday in the occupied West Bank, locals and Israel's army said.
Witnesses told Ma'an that Muntasir al-Safadi, 22, Asad Najem al-Din, 19, Amir al-Safadi, 19, Asad al-Safadi, 20, Hussam Abdul Fattah, 40, Abdul Latif Sabbah, 29, Sahib Sabbah, 19, and Luay Sabbah, 20, were detained in the Nablus village of Urif.
Saed Darwaza, 35, was detained in Nablus, locals said.
An Israeli army spokeswoman said eight people were detained in Urif, one in the Tulkarem village of Anabta, one in Jayyous, Qalqiliya, and one in Madama, south of Nablus.
Israeli forces routinely arrest Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, usually on the pretext of security questioning.

NABLUS, June 11, 2013 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday arrested 14 Palestinians from the West Bank cities of Nablus, Hebron and Jenin, according to local and security sources.
They told WAFA that forces raided the Nablus area at dawn and arrested 11 Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes.
A 40-year-old Palestinian from the village of Idna, west of Hebron, was arrested after raiding and searching his home.
Forces also arrested two other Palestinians from the city of Jenin.
