Israeli Forces Arrest 19 Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem
QALQILIA, April 10, 2013 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday arrested 16 Palestinians from the West Bank cities of Qalqilia and Nablus, in addition to three others from the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras-al-amood, according to local sources.
They said that a large military force raided several Palestinian houses in the towns of Jayous and Azzoun, east of Qalqilia. Forces seized a computer belonging to one of the arrested.
Meanwhile, forces at dawn entered the city of Nablus, roaming in its neighborhoods before arresting two Palestinian youths aged 19 and 20. They were taken to one of the Israeli interrogation centers.
Israeli police arrested three Palestinian youths between the ages of 22 and 26 in Ras-al-amood neighborhood, in East Jerusalem after raiding their family homes.

Israel detains 22 in West Bank arrest raids
NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested 22 people in the West Bank overnight Tuesday, Israel's army and locals said.
In Nablus, Bahiq Darwaza, 20, and Hakam al-Risheh, 19, were arrested by Israeli troops, witnesses told Ma'an. Omar al-Dein al-Jabari, 24, was arrested in Hebron and Amjad al-Titi was detained in el-Arrub refugee camp, family members said.
An Israeli army spokeswoman said 10 people were detained in Qalqiliya, three in Hebron, three in Nablus, two in Ramallah, two in el-Arrub and two in Jenin.
The suspects were taken for "security questioning," she added.
Around 40 percent of Palestinian men have been detained at some point in their lives since Israel's military occupation of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip in 1967, rights groups say.
There are 4,812 Palestinians being held in Israeli jails, including 178 administrative detainees, 219 children and 12 women, according to Addameer.
