A group of undercover soldiers of the Israeli army infiltrated, Friday, into the West Bank city of Bethlehem, using a Palestinian Taxi that was confiscated by the soldiers just outside of Beit Jala city, northwest of Bethlehem.
Eyewitnesses reported that the four undercover soldiers detained the driver of the Palestinian Taxi, and drove his car into Bethlehem, especially near the Rachel Tomb area and the Aida refugee camp, and through various main road between Bethlehem and Beit Jala; no arrests were reported, the Maan News Agency reported.
Israeli soldiers repeatedly invade Bethlehem and its surrounding areas, while similar incidents of infiltration of undercover forces were also reported in the district.
In related news, Israeli soldiers kidnapped, on Friday evening, a Palestinian child identified as Ezeddeen Abu Sbeih, 15, while he was walking on the main road in Ar-Raam, in occupied East Jerusalem. The soldiers violently attacked and beat the child before taking him to the Benjamin Police Station.
The child is the son of Misbah Abu Sbeih, a former Palestinian political prisoner who was repeatedly kidnapped and imprisoned by the Israeli army.
