VIDEO - Rare documentation of 'price tag' attack in Palestinian village: Footage from a security camera at a gas station in the Palestinian village of Qabalan, located near Nablus in the West Bank, shows two people slashing the tires of a car and damaging a gas tank overnight Thursday.

The assailants, who were carrying backpacks, then split up. One of them is seen heading to a rear wall, but the footage does not reveal what he did there. However, in the morning residents found the words "Solidarity with Esh Kodesh" spray-painted on the wall.

"Price tag" refers to the strategy that Jewish extremists have adopted to exact a price in attacks on Palestinians in retribution for settlement freezes and demolitions, or for Palestinian attacks on Jews.

Over the past few days settlers and Palestinians have been clashing outside the West Bank outpost of Esh Kodesh. IDF forces accompanied the Palestinians to the area on Wednesday in order to allow them to plough a tract of land they own near the outpost.

The residents of Esh Kodesh claim they own the land.
