NABLUS (Ma’an) -- Settlers in the Nablus area set fire to two cars south of Nablus and sprayed graffiti, an official who monitors settlements in the northern West Bank said.

Ghassan Daughlas said the cars in Majdal Bani were completely burned. A third car belonging to resident Khalid Anan was also damaged.

He said the settlers sprayed racist graffiti urging Palestinians to leave.

Settlers Burn Vehicles, Spray Racist Slogans south Nablus

NABLUS, December 20, 2012 (WAFA) – Jewish settlers burnt on Thursday two Palestinian-owned cars and sprayed racist slogans in the area in Majdal Bani Faddel, a village south of Nablus city, according to an activist.

Ghassan Douglas, in charge of settlements file in the northern part of the West Bank, said that settlers infiltrated the village and burnt the cars belonging to Khaled Othman.

He added they also sprayed racist slogans and drew the Star of David.

To be noted, the pace of settlers’ attacks has escalated noticeably in the area during the past weeks.
