NABLUS (Ma’an) -- Israeli forces detained 13 Palestinians in the West Bank overnight Sunday, including five youths in a Nablus-area village.
Soldiers raided several homes in Qaryut village, near Nablus, before detaining Ahmad Mashour Amer, 25, Aysar Muneer Ayish, 21, Adham Sidqi Mousa,22, Abdo Fahim Kassab, 23, Ahmad Badawi, 22, and 18-year-old Ahmad Radi Issa.
In another village near Nablus, Asira ash-Shamaliya, forces detained 32-year-old Basim Talib Hamadna and 24-year-old Rabei Ahid Sawalha.
In Nablus city, several Israeli military vehicles entered a southern neighborhood and seized 20-year-old Muhammad Samir Hamdi Abu al-Hayyat.
Also in the northern West Bank, forces detained university student Muhammad Khalid Qabaha from his home in the village of Yaabad, near Jenin.
In the south, Israel troops raided the home Nimir Hmeid Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar village near Bethlehem, before detaining his son Hatim, 22.
An Israeli military spokeswoman said in addition, two Palestinians were detained in Hebron-district al-Arroub refugee camp and in northern city Tubas.

Soldiers Kidnap A Resident Near Jenin

Israeli soldiers kidnapped, on Monday at dawn, a Palestinian university student from the village of Ya’bod, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin; the soldiers broke into and searched several homes in the village.
Local sources reported that the army invaded the Eastern area of the village, broke into and searched several homes causing property damage, and kidnapped Ya’ish Mohammad Qabha, 22, a student of the Arab American University in Jenin.
The soldiers first interrogated Qabha in the street before cuffing and blindfolding him, and took him to an unknown destination.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded, shortly after midnight last night, the nearby towns of Faqqou’a, Dir Da’if and Beit Qaad, and fired flares before breaking into and searching dozens of homes.

Israel 'detained 70-year-old woman' in Tubas
JENIN (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Sunday briefly detained a 70-year-old Palestinian woman after ransacking her home in Tubas in the northern West Bank, Palestinian officials said Tuesday.
Palestinian liaison officials told Ma'an they contacted their Israeli counterparts demanding the release of Sabja Farah Daraghmah and she was freed on Monday.
Israeli authorities said Daraghmah was detained for "security reasons," the Palestinian officials added.
Director of the Palestinian liaison office in Jenin and Tubas Khalid Abdul-Aziz visited Daragmah on Tuesday morning to check up on her, a Ma'an reporter said.
