In Qalqiliya, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces raided the village of Isla and detained two brothers there; Jamal Radi, 20 and Nur, 16.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, this pattern was repeated as the Israeli military detained 16-year-old Rajab Ubeido.

The mass arrest of Palestinian civilians, especially children, by the Israeli military is a tactic employed as collective punishment of the civilian population for resistance to the Israeli military occupation of the West Bank. This practice has been condemned by the United Nations, and the international community as a violation of international law and the Fourth Geneva Convention.
